Free calls attract people who are not serious. A paid call signals mutual respect — your time and mine both have value. I prepare for the call in advance so we can discuss your health, your current situation, and what you should do next. You'll get clarity and direction regardless of whether we work together.

For lifestyle diseases like type-2 diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol, it is often possible to reduce or eliminate medication through structured diet, training, and lifestyle change. I did it myself. That said, every individual is different. I work in full coordination with your doctor — we don't prescribe medication or advise stopping it. We build the conditions for your doctor to recommend reducing them.

The PATH Framework is specifically designed for busy professionals. The training plan requires 60 minutes a day, 4 days a week — nothing more. The nutrition plan is built around Indian food and your existing eating patterns. I was running my own business when I started at 44, so I understand what being busy means. I built this system for that reality.

The program is designed around your travel, not despite it. We've coached businessmen who travel 15 days a month. Your plan adjusts for the days you're away from home so there are no excuses and no gaps. Travel was never the problem. Having no plan for travel was.

Diet-only programs fail because they ignore training and recovery. Trainer-only programs fail because they ignore nutrition and hormones. What you need is a complete integrated approach — periodized training, personalised nutrition, supplement guidance, recovery protocols, and daily accountability in one system. The consultation begins by identifying exactly where your previous attempts broke down.
